Located just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful beach, this building is a former rural school that has since been transformed into a charming hotel. Rooms are spacious and en suite. Hotel Latrabjarg, run by Sigridur Huld Gardarsdottir (Sirry) and Karl Eggertsson, is located near the halfway point of Latrabjarg, one of Europe's largest bird cliffs. Located in Örlygshöfn, on route 615, on the south side of the Patreksfjörður fjord, the guesthouse is open from mid-May each year to mid-September. Rates are a little high, but the location is unique.
