NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM (NATTURUGRIPASAFNIÐ)

Opened to the public in 1998, this natural history museum is one of the first of its kind in the region. In a space of more than 300^m2, you can learn a little more about the local fauna and flora. There is no shortage of stuffed animals, but you might as well try to see them for real! It is possible to buy a combined ticket for the Natural History Museum and the Maritime Museum.
