This is in fact the former Bræðraborg café, which means "Brothers' House", named in tribute to the former watchmaking company founded in 1907. After a complete renovation of the building in a very rustic style, the café is now called Heimabyggð. Take the time today to enjoy their freshly baked bread, numerous vegetarian dishes, cakes, gluten-free cookies and hot drinks.
