We spent one night here, a perfect choice for a stop on our Icelandic tour. Clean and quiet, which was very important for us. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion. :) You can also eat in the hotel.
The reception ladies were also very nice.
We would recommend the hotel to everyone! :)

Hotel is beetje basic maar prima voor de prijs. De service is alles behalve uitgebreid. De locatie is prima voor doortocht zoals wij deden bij een rondje IJsland.

Verder is het dorp zelf niet heel spannend. Mooi voor bezoek aan paar fjorden. Noorderlicht vanaf hier bij de rivieren goed te zien vanwege weinig licht. Supermarkt te voet bereikbaar

King Room

Nice hotel. Clean and tidy and just as advertised. We had a nice river view. The Northern Lights were on show and could be seen from the hotel room.

We had a lovely evening meal but unfortunately we did not have enough time to try a dessert before the restaurant closed. It was relatively quiet due to our stay being during winter.

The staff were polite and friendly.

Breakfast was good with a nice selection or the usual continental staples.

에이일스타디르는 큰 도시가 아니여서
좋은 위치인건 모르겠으나
주변 주유소가 많아서 여행 중 하루 머물고 가기에
좋은 숙소입니다.

The hotel is excellent and frankly our favorite hotel on our trip around Iceland. Very affordable and extremely clean and comfortable. Everything I want from a hotel, they are also very accommodating and can answer any questions you have.

Un Hotel molto carino in questo piccolo paese disperso nell'est dell'isola.
Personale molto gentile, luogo molto accogliente e caloroso, camere molto pulite e un'eccezionale colazione a disposizione.
Poi, cosa molto importante per chi viene in Islanda è il servizio di sveglia che viene fornito in caso di Aurora Boreale, in reception è presente un foglio in cui si scrive il numero della propria camera e in caso di Aurora dalla reception si viene avvisati durante la notte!

Lovley Hotel enjoyed our stay, meal was good, although the menu would benifit from more plant based options. Good sized room.

Definitely a 2- 3 star hotel. No amenities. The bedding and pillows not great at all. Breakfast was okay. I had to stay here with a tour group. Would recommend finding something else.

Buon hotel nei pressi dei principali servizi della città (distributori di carburante, supermercati, ristoranti ecc...), forse le camere avrebbero bisogno di una leggera modernizzazione (in particolare il bagno con vasca e sanitari non nuovissimi). Servizio ottimo, merita le 4 stelle, anche grazie ad una colazione dolce e salata con vasta scelta.

Great price for the area as a travelling in couple for a one nights stay.
Staff offered a wake up services for northern lights.
Breakfast available but we didn’t have it.
Supermarket across the road with 2/3 restaurants in the area but we didn’t try them. Clean rooms & lovely shampoo, conditioner & moisturiser.

Uno de los mejores hoteles del viaje, una habitación de tamaño grande, con cama King size y un como baño.
Desayuno muy completo al igual q la cena q hicimos allí.

The hotel is your typical city hotel. The service and rooms are good but nothing particularly stands out. They do have movie nights and happy hour at the bar, however the tap water has a very strong sulphur (egg) smell.

Gute Zimmer. Sehr netter Barkeeper. Jedoch genaustens die Rechnung beim Check out kontrollieren. Rezeption versuchte uns zu betrügen mit dem Frühstück. Alles inkl. gebucht, wollten das Frühstück nochmals verrechnen!!!

The room is spacious in comparison to other hotel rooms in Iceland. However, you have a strong sulphur smell of the shower & tap water. Only one socket on one side of the bed. Breakfast for one person costs as much as dinner + drinks in a restaurant in the city (ISK 3'350/person). The wifi does not work all the time & they collect your data (Name & Email needed to login).

Ok hotel. The rooms and common areas are pretty nice. Rooms are a decent size. The staff offered a wake up call if auroras are sighted which was a nice gesture, but I felt it was pointless since the town is filled with streetlights. Breakfast buffet was good with an average selection of items.

Very nice location in the countryside with birds in the fields and farm to table restaurants nearby. The reindeer walk down later in the season, after the equinox (October?) but for September there are, of course, ponies and kindur en masse.

Hotel happy hour, plus apres-shampoo and hand cloths are a perk here.

Camera semplice ma pulita e molto luminosa.
Peccato che in camera non ci sia neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua.
Posizione comoda con parcheggio davanti.

Grand hôtel moderne avec de grandes chambres confortables. Très facile d’accès avec un grand parking gratuit. Le personnel est très serviable. Le restaurant est très bien.
