In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the Maison Écusson, created in 1919 by the group of Cidreries du Calvados la Fermière (CCLF), has kept the soul of its childhood since its birth. The family history of its beginnings was followed by that of the agricultural cooperation. The supply of fruit is ensured by a hundred or so small producers: their diversity makes the typicality of the land with its asserted identity.
