This cellar specialises in sparkling wines and crémants, with personalised vintages: the Pierre Larousse Blanc de Blanc Brut (Prestige range) exists in 0.75 l bottles, magnum and jeroboam. The Cavalier (Classique range) is available in white, rosé and sweet red, the FB Dumont (Privilège range) in brut and demi-sec. The crémants (white or rosé) come from various regions: Alsace of course, but also Loire, Saumur and Burgundy. The annual production capacity is 35 million bottles per year, which places the company among the largest in the world in terms of volume.
