Stoppet for middag. Et lite utvalg av burgere, sandwich og slikt. Maten ble levert raskt og var god. Porsjonene var store. Anbefales.

מלון באמצע ההיילנדס באיסלנד, גישה נוחה לטיולים. היינו שם בטיול אופניים. החדרים די קטנים. שירות איסלנדי אדיב, יעיל ונחמד. אוכל מצויין.

This is last hotel before heading into the Highlands. There is literally no other business or home within view of the hotel. They do sell gas to have a full tank before heading into the highlands. You have to leave shoes at the door or wear shoe covers. Room was basic see photos. No TV in the room. It was clean, staff was helpful, and food In restaurant was good.

Einfache, saubere Zimmer. Toller Standort und Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Hochland. Am besten mit 4x4- Wagen anreisen; die Schotterpiste im Hochland ist nicht immer einfach zu befahren. Leider ist der Service im Restaurant nicht sehr gut. Bis wir unser Essen (Burger) bekommen haben, hat es ewig gedauert ☹️.

Stayed for 2 nights and was very happy. Atmosphere was super good and the rooms were clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant was really good too. Plus its a great spot to relax throughout your highland adventures.

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are small and basic, but really all you need before heading out into the Highlands. We found it a touch tight with all of our gear.
Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent.
No shoe policy in the lodge, but most people were prepared with sandals, hut slippers or just wore socks around the lodge.

It is a nice place ! Only it was too expensive to stay there for me. But I enjoyed eating there. And of course filled up my tank.

We stayed here one night and had a well deserved rest after sleeping in a car for 10 days. The rooms are basic, but clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. People hanging around were also chill and nice and the food was good. It felt like a cosy shelter in the middle of nowhere. We got a walk-in discount and paid a room about 200eur with breakfast included.

Seul hôtel de cette région des hauts plateaux. Chambre très petite , mais literie très confortable et bonne propreté. Hôtel de randonneurs très propres, aucune chaussure n’est tolérée sans mettre des chaussons bleues à l’entrée. La nourriture est bonne, service soigné. Calme.

Gut gelegen wenn man ins Hochland will. Personal freundlich. Essen war ok. Nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer war was furchtbar. Extrem eng und alles sehr alt. Das Bett war sehr klein. Alles im allem das schlimmste Hotel was wir bisher auf unseren Reisen in Iceland hatten. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
