From the outside, this restaurant may look modest, but the inside is as warm and welcoming as the delicious food. In the oldest house in Selfoss (1890), enjoy tasty dishes cooked with fresh produce from the surrounding farms and in keeping with Icelandic culinary tradition. Often considered one of the best restaurants in Iceland, it also represents a certain budget (around 10,000 isk for starter-main course-drink). Enjoy a pleasant view of Ölfusá, Iceland's widest river.

Après avoir lu les bons commentaires sur ce restaurant nous avons décidé de nous y rendre. Cadre sympathique mais errur dans la commande. Je me retrouve avec un menu végétarien à savoir du blé baignant dans l huile, avec 2 morceaux de betteraves, quelques carrotes et broccolis qui se battent en duel. Il s'agissait en fait de la garniture du plat de monsieur, à 20€ le plat c'est tout simplement du vol. Le saumon à 30€ ne relève pas la note de ce restaurant. Grosse déception et addition salée
