APOTEK
The restaurant-lounge is located in one of Iceland's first large concrete buildings. This building is known as " Apotekið " or "pharmacy", as it housed Reykjavíkurapotek from 1930 to 1999. Design duo Leifur Welding & Brynhildur Guðlaugsdóttir created Apotek kitchen and bar. The concept was to retain the integrity of the building and its history while creating a modern, fun and relaxed setting. On the menu are many gourmet dishes, but it's also one of the few restaurants in the capital to offer afternoon tea. Discover it for yourself!
