Beautiful Gothic house located to the left of the Duomo, furnished with a hundred objects of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries in Castelfranco Veneto.
To the left of the Duomo, it's hard to be certain that this beautiful Gothic residence was actually the home and studio of Giorgione (1478-1510). Nevertheless, on the second floor, a cycle of frescoes depicting the symbols of the Liberal and Mechanical Arts(Fregio delle Arti Liberali) is attributed to the great painter. What is certain, however, is that the Pala di Castelfranco, the painter's masterpiece preserved here, leaves no doubt as to its attribution. Last but not least, the house is furnished with over a hundred objects from the 15th and 16th centuries.
