Museum that tells the story of life in the lagoon since the Paleolithic period with various testimonies of popular traditions.

Located in the old convent of the church of San Francesco Fuori le Mura, the museum traces the history of life in the lagoon, from the Paleolithic to the present day. You can learn how the first dwellings on stilts were built or how the exploitation of the salt mines worked. Several testimonies from popular traditions make the visit particularly interesting, as well as the few bragozzi on display, the traditional boats with their colorful sails.
