An old camp created in 1988, with some 20 traditional stone-floored huts arranged in terraces.
This camp, the oldest, was created in 1988 by Baragoïta Saïd, an erudite and passionate agricultural engineer. Twenty or so traditional huts with stone floors, arranged in terraces, form a very beautiful and remarkably well-kept ensemble, far from everything. The feeling of isolation is very pleasant. We dine under the gaze of green monkeys. Clean showers and toilets. The meals are very good and the breakfast copious. From Dittilou, you can explore the forest of Day, the waterfalls, join the camp of Bankoualé or Day on foot.

Très beau camp. La piste pour y arriver nécessite un bon 4x4 ou bien de passer par un prestataire. L'accueil est chaleureux. Blocs sanitaires avec douches. Les cases sont originales et confortables. Attention aux singes verts très présents sur ce site, pas méchants mais chapardeurs. Prévoir de faire la marche vers la palmeraie, la cascade et l'oued, très tôt le matin. Les djiboutiens sont d'excellents marcheurs, augmentez le calcul distances / temps si vous êtes un marcheur occasionnel.

Les repas y sont aussi bons qu'ailleurs, mais les singes ajoutent du piquant. Les enfants aorent.
Une très belle marche à faire, mais prenez de l'eau en quantité.
