CHURCH OF ST.-SPIRIT ST.-BASIL (CHRÁM SV.DUCHA)

There are 3 churches in Medzilaborce: the only Catholic church in the district, the Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Spirit and the Greek Orthodox Church of St Basil. The first one was built in 1949 with a size (1,600 ^m2) that stands out for this small town. It is decorated with 350 icons. The church of Saint-Basile is the oldest in the village and was built in the 17th century in the classical style. The liturgical furniture also dates from this period.
