Perhaps one of the very best restaurants in Slovakia, 101% Vino & Tapas doesn't look like much, tucked away in a courtyard in Spišská Sobota's main square. A workshop for experimenting with gastronomic and contemporary cuisine, the place offers a constantly renewed menu of small, daring bites, with playful themes such as a past menu of "Memories of the Titanic". Last but not least, the Slovak wine list is absolutely outstanding. Chef Zuzana Sisáková is in charge of the kitchen and prepares delicious dishes.
