Camping Mara is situated on the bank of the Liptovská Mara dam, which is the largest water reservoir in Slovakia.

The campsite is very popular with tourists in the summer and offers pitches for tents and caravans and mobile homes for seven people. It also offers a wide range of services for its guests: boat rental, professional beach volleyball court, ping-pong table are available for sport lovers. The whole campsite is closed, fenced and monitored by a camera system and a 24/7 security service.
