WOODEN CHURCH OF ISTEBNE (KOSTOL ISTEBNE)

This joint church is located on the site of an old chapel dating from 1686. Due to its insufficient capacity, this new building was built in 1730 as a narrow Greek cross with a bell tower and crypt. This church was built according to the 5 rules required from 1681 onwards for the construction of a new Protestant temple (described in the section dedicated to wooden churches that you will find at the beginning of this guide).
