VINOCENTRUM

This small wine shop in Banská Štiavnica is based in the historical building of the Mining Museum, the former seat of the Chamber of Miners (Kammerhof). It specializes only in wines from the Štiavnica Hills region, where the vines grow on fertile volcanic soil: the volcano first destroys everything in its path and then restores enormous richness to the soil for the grapes. It is in the minerals that we find this richness. Ideal place to taste the local wine, a must for wine lovers.
