The former hospital at the very top of the city has been transformed into a chic venue. After a complete renovation, it now houses the Opera Prosecco Bar, which, as its name suggests, is an Italian champagne bar. The menu features a long list of proseccos, as well as breakfasts, brunches and pressed juices. The atmosphere is one of history, with an elegant, hushed ambience. In the morning, coffee is served in the splendid inner courtyard, and in the evening, a glass of prosecco. Accommodation is now available.
