KLUCH PALACE (KLUCHOV PALÁC S ATLANTOM)

Built at the beginning of the 19th century, east of the major seminary on Samova Street, Kluch Palace is a mandatory stop on the road to the upper city of Nitra for its beautiful atlas supporting a corner of the palace. This atlas called Corgoň was, according to legend, such a powerful blacksmith that when he hit the anvil with his hammer, the upper city trembled.
