BIG SEMINAR (VEĽKÝ SEMINÁR)

The large seminary building is located in Pribina Square on the way to the castle overlooking Nitra. This major seminary was built partly at the end of the 18th century in a late Baroque style with classical elements. The other parts date from the 19th century. Today, the Saint-Gorazd presbyteral seminary is an integral part of the theological faculty. It has a diocesan library with 66,000 books, including 70 incunabula.
