VENDANGES DES PETITES CARPATES

The second half of September is traditionally associated with the Little Carpathians harvest festivities in Bratislava-Rača, Pezinok and Modra. First of all, they celebrate the work of the winegrowers and their productions. It's time to taste the Burčiak, a wine in the process of fermentation called in French le vin bourru. The wine is a cloudy yellow, very sweet and already alcoholic. It allows the winemaker and the connoisseur to appreciate the quality of this wine in the making.
