A producer who makes quality wines, including sparkling wine thanks to the technique of classic double fermentation in the bottle. He currently produces wine thanks to his 4 ha of vines and also from purchased grapes. It focuses on the production of quality wines and wines with particular attributes. The processing of the grapes is based on ancient traditional practices. The Hacaj have been wine producers since the early 20th century and their enthusiasm to share their know-how is infectious.
