WESTERN SLOVAKIA MUSEUM (ZÁPADOSLOVENSKÉ)

Located in the magnificent Clare monastery founded in the 13th century and almost completely rebuilt in the 17th century, the oratory with its magnificent figurative ornamentation is not to be missed. It is the largest museum in Slovakia, with comprehensive exhibitions on the history of western Slovakia, Slovak folklore, the Gothic period in the town of Trnava, and the history and archaeological findings of western Slovakia.
