A quick glance at the menu gives you an idea of the dishes on offer. Fish and seafood recipes feature prominently, but our preference is for the Procida rabbit, il coniglio alla procidana, a recipe unique to the island, with the scent of rosemary,
cooked with local herbs and vegetables and the ravioli di carciofi al sugo di coniglio (ravioli with artichokes and rabbit sauce).
