Fancy pants, old-fashioned hotel with piano man at night, lots of bow-tied waiters, etc. Not our usual style but, with its own beach, hot and normal temp swimming pool, spa, and a great restaurant, we really enjoyed our stay

This hotel was amazing, the facilities and the staff were incredible and accommodating. We had a room separate from the main building and it was quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful traditional design. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially in dealing with our dietary restrictions. Highly recommend a visit to Ischia and highly recommend a visit to this hotel

Отель маленький и красивый, утопает в саду среди цветов и сосен. Есть spa на термальных водах и грязях, массажи, уходы на элитной косметике. Три бассейна, свой пляж, обслуживание и сервис везде. Персонал очень приятный и внимательный. Энцо - он сердце отеля. Завтраки отличные, на любой взыскательный вкус, божественный круассаны. Номера и сам отель выдержаны в едином итальянском растительном стиле. Прекрасные холлы. По вечерам игра на рояле от Джино. Ресторан при отеле выше всяких похвал. Все очень вкусно и красиво. Я всем рекомендую!

Der kleine Abzug in der B-Note ergibt sich durch die LEICHT modernisierungsbedürftigen Zimmer.

Im Detail:

Wir kamen mit der Fähre aus Neapel. Das Hotel fragte uns bereits bei der Buchung - ob es uns am Hafen mit dem eigenen Shuttle abholen soll. Toller Service.
Das Hotel liegt auf einem großen Grundstück in Strandnähe. Der Garten des Grundstücks ist schön angelegt und grün eingewachsen.
Es gibt auf dem Grundstück einen Gemüsegarten für die Küche.
Ein Aussenpool mit vielen Liegen ist vorhanden - und noch ein geheimer Pool (lassen sie sich überraschen).
Innen gibt es ein Thermalbad mit 35 Grad Celsius.

Zimmer:
Die Zimmer sind schön groß und klassisch eingerichtet.
Das Bad ist modernisierungsbedürftig - dies ist aber auch das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben.

Service:
Absolut Spitze.
Der Concierge kümmert sich um alles. Man wird immer beim Namen angesprochen.

Strand:
Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strand. (Siehe Foto)
Die Liegen sind okay. Der Ausblick auf den Golf von Neapel unbezahlbar.
Die Strandbar ist gut und bietet warme Speisen und Getränke sowie Snacks.

Frühstück:
Reichhaltig intercontinental.
Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Der Café kommt nach 2 Minuten zum Tisch.
Auf Wunsch gibt es frisch gepresste Säfte (ohne Aufpreis)
Der Café ist geschmacklich verbesserungsfähig!
Die Terrasse beim Frühstück bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer.
Kleiner Tipp: die sehr netten Mitarbeiter fragen zu oft, ob sie die leeren Teller schon abräumen dürfen.

Our first leg of our honeymoon was so great in large part due to the friendly staff, incredible views, and overall great vibe of the hotel!

The concierge and Pietro were so helpful in helping us with recommendations and ensuring we had a wonderful stay!

Our room had a fantastic view and was consistently kept clean, refreshed, and with new towels, etc.

The breakfast was fantastic overlooking the water and a great way to start the day. Spending the day at the pool was wonderful with great drinks and service. The beach club was great and very relaxing.

Spending time in the thermal water and spa was delightful. They even gave us a parting gift with thermal water as we were leaving.

Such a great spot and can’t wait to make a return trip! Don’t bother going anywhere else as this is the best hotel and people you will find!

Excellent old fashion 5*, little bit outdated but this is definitely represent classical old school hotel. Great breakfast, great beach restaurant with really delicious food, own beach, good service!! Enzo is unique, one man whom could make your day perfect!!! Top place.
