El hotel tiene mucho encanto. El desayuno esta muy bien. Las camas son bastante estrechas. El tamaño de la habitación es pequeño. El hotel se encuentra en el puerto, tienes que subir bastantes escaleras para ir al centro.

A nota 3.8 no Google me deixou um pouco preocupado, porém decidi arriscar. E posso afirmar que o hotel tem um bom custo-benefício. Quem visita a região costuma usar Sorrento como base para fazer passeios de barco, e o hotel fica em frente ao Porto de onde saem os barcos e balsas. O café da manhã é muito bom para o padrão europeu e o atendimento é excelente. O elevador é moderno, o sistema de controle de portas é eletrônico, bons travesseiros... Os quartos são pequenos, mas atendem a necessidade; boa roupa de cama, travesseiros e colchões . Como pontos negativos, registro que a vedação acústica do quarto não é boa (paredes e lajes), a limpeza do piso não foi feita adequadamente, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando (não fez falta). Um ponto negativo relevante é a ausência de frigobar - sendo que o hotel se propõe a ser padrão 3 estrelas.

The hotel has rooms with great view if you pay for it. The rooms are decent and clean. The staffs are as friendly as they can be?? I think..
Customer service or how they handle incidents is what I have issue with. Their ceiling tile fell and hit us during our stay, upon making the front desk aware of this, they sent the cleaner to clean up. Did not check on us or offer band-aids for the cuts we sustained. I’m not sure if we would go back even for the view.

Accueil OK. Sans plus. Mais surtout les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. J'ai profité de tout ce qu'il se passait dans le couloir... Heureusement vue sur mer et très bien placé

Buen sitio para viajar por el mar. Muy incómodo para subir a la zona de arriba o para dejar el coche ( te cobran un garaje con servicio para devolver y traer el coche pero no funciona bien).
El servicio muy seco.

Local de difícil acesso porém fica em frente Marina Piccola de onde saem muitos passeios. Após descermos muitos, muitos degraus com as malas (meu marido que é forte), soubemos que existe um elevador (pago e não muito acessível, mas existe). O quarto é pequeno mas tem vista pro mar ????

Hôtel très proche de l'embarquement pour Capri. Bon service, bien entretenu mais chambres du 5eme très bruyantes sur rue et très mal insonorisées

Localização privilegiada , maravilhosa! Tudo muito limpo! Perto de todos os passeios de barco para Capri, Positano e Amalfi! Restaurante excelente! Café da manhã razoável.

Location is nice, right by the water if your planning a lot of tours via boat, and it’s right by the main dock for the ferries. We only ended up doing a boat tour once so it didn’t matter for us, we walked up to the city Center everyday.

It’s a long walk UP to the city Center but doable, I don’t mind walking at all. There’s shuttles that also bring you up for just over 1 euro which is always nice.

We are a group of 3 couples in our early 30s travelling together. We really hated the washrooms. The showers were incredibly small, to even get into the shower the space is quite limited, so if you are a bigger person expect to squeeze in and ur body will be touching the walls. The walls have specs of what I assume is either rust or likely mold all throughout the washroom. I was very nervous just being in the washroom. The hair dryer in our room looks like one of the old vacuum hoses from a drive in car wash, very little power, but better than nothing (I’ll add the photo). There is a better hair dryer on the 4th floor patio washroom that gets hot with more power behind it. The patio is nice, we didn’t use the pool it’s not the vibe up there lol.

Staff is whatever, they weren’t rude at all but they are not overly concerned with customer service or smiling and being welcoming, was certainly the vibe throughout a lot of places in sorrento, so it really wasn’t a bother to us. There was one nice gentlemen we saw in the hallway who was very pleasant having a conversation with us.

Breakfast was not anything special, doable but not good. Mostly pastries and a little eggs.

Hermoso lugar y su vista en el puerto son únicas.

un hotel q Despegar lo ofrece con pileta..tenes q pagar 15€xcada reposera no hay lugar libre o sentarte a una mesa y consumir. el sol da luego de las 12.. el gerente muy mal caracter..hotel din frigobar habitaciones muy pequeñas relación precio servicio. caro..ademas Despegar dice precio en dólares y ellos cobrsn eso pero en euros
