The advantage of this hotel is to be placed right in front of the harbour. For those who, between two boats, are just in transit in Sorrento, this is the best address. Customer service or how they handle incidents is what I have issue with. Their ceiling tile fell and hit us during our stay, upon making the front desk aware of this, they sent the cleaner to clean up. Did not check on us or offer band-aids for the cuts we sustained. I’m not sure if we would go back even for the view.
