Tried to order 2 'family size' pizzas but told it's quicker to order 4 'normal'. Fine. Bought pizzas. Then told the wait is 30 minutes. Not ideal but ok. 1 hour later we were still waiting. No communication with anyone until they complained... Don't blame the guys in the kitchen as you could see they were working flat out. Front desk needs to be realistic.
