It is one of the oldest markets in Naples, and one of the most popular with that of the Porta Nolana (Mercato district). This food market of the Spanish Quarters is known all over the city. The interest of this place is its popular and lively atmosphere, very picturesque with its fruit and vegetable vendors haranguing the barge, its fishmongers and tripe, its small bars and its mix of scents and colours. All around, also take a look at the grocery stores that offer local specialities for tasting.
