NEW EUROPE HOTEL ^{* * * *}

Si on veut se déplacer facilement l'hôtel est bien placé proche de la gare. Par contre ce n'est pas les beaux cartiers. Mais on peut aussi se rendre parfaitement à pieds à la Piazza del Plebiscito. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, il faudrait juste les rafraîchir. Personnels très serviables et sympathiques depuis la réception jusqu'à la femme de ménage tout le monde est bien efficace. Très bon petit déjeuner et le restaurant le Petit est excellent et je recommande ????

Last minute find...Ramada? Yes, but worked out just fine!

Not recommended at all!!!
We were traveling with 5 month old baby.
When we booked the room we requested a cot bed.
The property did not tell us there are steps at the hotel entrance. We arrived and between the suitcases and the pushchair we noticed the barrier/stairs. A homeless man sitting on the hotel steps helped us without us asking for help and then demanded money for it!
The rudest of the receptionists Matteo said the hotel has an alternative entrance with no stairs…pity they didn’t communicate it before arrival.
In the room we found a bed and not the cot bed. Matteo the receptionist was of little help. We waited in the hotel lobby for almost an hour - with 5 months old baby - because they were finally putting the cot bed in the room.
In the room there was a kettle with herbal teas but no coffee. I requested the coffee at the reception in person, because the phone in the room didn’t work.
Also bad location: it is close to the train station but we didn't feel safe on the street.
Very bad experience!

Está un poco apartado del área más linda de Nápoles, aunque si muy cerca de la estación Plaza Garibaldi. Es una zona caótica por el tránsito. Para mi es un hotel muy recomendable, relación precio calidad
