Superb Empire style hotel on the heights of Naples, opened in 1870 and bought in 1889 by a British biologist named Parker. Most of the 83 rooms offer a beautiful view of the gulf. First-class spa with stunningly pure mineral decoration. Boats are also available for guests to visit the islands of Capri and Ischia. The restaurant on the 6th floor is certainly one of the best tables in town. Icing on the cake: an exceptional panorama. The top of the top in Naples.

Franchement il mérite plus qu’une étoile ! L’asperge avec les zestes d’orange confit et la sauce au kiwi est exceptionnelle et le pigeon avec une sauce chinoise aussi ! Plein d’inventivité et de goût c’est vraiment très très bon et avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et le Vésuve !

Un restaurant étoilé qui vaut vraiment le détour. Il surplombe la baie de Naples avec une vue vraiment splendide depuis la salle de restaurant L’accueil, la cuisine, le service, tout parfait ! Merci à Stephano pour sa compétence et son amabilité. . À recommander sans hésitation !

Une très belle expérience gustative. Beaucoup de créativité et très savoureux. Un cadre enchanteur et un service aux petits soins sans être pesant. À faire absolument quand on est à Naples
