SOGGIORNO B&B PARADISO

Ottima posizione,ci si sposta facilmente a piedi in tutte le strade di attrazione. Il Vicolo in cui è ubicato è tranquillo,si dorme bene. Le camere abbastanza accoglienti, peccato per il soffione della doccia il cui getto era inesistente. L' accoglienza non al top,rifiutato pagamento pos e nonostante si sia pagato ,oltre al prezzo della camera la tassa di soggiorno, nessuna ricevuta fiscale rilasciata. Consigliato solo per ottima posizione.

Struttura centrale, ottima per vivere il cuore di Napoli. Camere ampie e funzionali. Melania è carinissima; accogliente e disponibile!!!

If you’re planning to stay in Naples, do not stay here. Management is super rude, photos are doctored & the beds are horribly uncomfortable.

Stay away if you are visiting from out of country and you do not speak Italian, no one here speaks any other language.

Camere grandi e pulite. Situato in pieno centro storico, in una traversa di via dei Tribunali, proprio a fianco alla pizzeria Sorbillo. Nonostante sia in centro il vicolo è silenzioso e si dorme tranquilli, letti comodi. Colazione al bar con caffè/cappuccino e brioche a scelta. Ci ha accolto la proprietaria che è gentilissima e professionale. Albergo datato certamente non è un 4-5 stelle, ma le camere vengono rassettate tutti i giorni. Aria condizionata e TV in camera. Il b&b è al terzo piano raggiungibile anche con ascensore.

The customer service was horrendous upon arriving at the hotel. We saw that the check in hours stopped at 8pm and we were assured via email that we would be accommodated if we arrived late on the day we were supposed to check in. When we arrived though, we had to be let in by cleaning staff and had to have a resident of the building call the manager because she kept hanging up on us, refusing to listen to us. She then arrived 30 mins later yelling at us about how check in stopped at 4pm (it was 7:20pm) and that she didn't care what time was posted online. She angrily checked us in, charged us a 30€ late fee, even though we weren't late, and left. We did not see or hear from her the rest of our stay. The room was supposed to have a queen bed but instead had 2 singles and we uncomfortable enough to cause me lower back pain that lasted most of the trip. Absolutely do not recommend, every other hotel we stayed at in Italy was wonderful and accommodating, this was horrible by any standard.
