Chef Diego, an archaeologist by training, reinterprets the recipes of Latin authors and brings them up to date using local Neapolitan produce. The dishes are skilfully crafted, the cooking mastered, the flavours balanced and sometimes surprising. Une pépite à découvrir absolument
Cuisine originale qui met en valeur des produits frais, un service attentionné, chaque plat raconte une histoire, bien racontée au demeurant par le maître des lieux complètement investi dans la démarche qu’il a lancée en famille. Chaque plat est un voyage, dans un cadre cosy et chaleureux. Une adresse à découvrir, bien à l’abri dans une ruelle bien à l’écart mais qui vaut largement le détour.

Con rammarico devo constatare che i voli pindarici promessi nella descrizione del menù sono stati miseramente disattesi: sostanzialmente piatti mediocri, di poco sapore, ma ben articolati nella descrizione e presentazione ...
Se a questo si unisce un conto sproporzionato per quanto mangiato e ben oltre la media dei ristoranti di quel target in zona, allora il giudizio diventa negativo...non ritornerò più!

Più che una cena è stata un’esperienza. Un’esperienza fantastica.
Cibo buonissimo, location stupenda, servizio incredibile.
La conoscenza e le spiegazioni di Gianmaria, rendono ogni piatto magico.
Io sono vegetariano e lo chef Mariano Melluso, mi ha deliziato con le sue chicche. La sua esperienza pluriennale tra Svizzera e Australia, è riflessa nell’unicità dei piatti che sono serviti.
