Opened in 1992, this museum is dedicated to the world famous local painter (1905-1981). His works, mixing science and fantasy, are inspired by the discoveries of the Šipka cave, i.e. the prehistoric environment. He is best known for his large frescoes depicting the prehistoric world, because in addition to his thousands of painted works, he has illustrated many books, both scientific and fictional.
