CASTLE (ZÁMEK) AND PLUMLOV DAM

In Plumlov, a dam has created a water reservoir, which in the summer becomes the favorite recreation area of the inhabitants of Prostějov. The lake is dominated by a strange castle. Massive, this one offers a large rectangular facade, high and decorated with a large number of small windows. This macabre and unusual place, this huge facade, can be explained very simply. The castle is in fact unfinished. The original plan was to build other wings, but only this one was built.
