CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION OF THE VIRGIN

On Svobody Square stands the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin. The interior is nothing special, but you won't regret a quick visit. If you see visitors clustered around the altar with their noses in the air, it's normal: a painting by Rubens, The Holy Trinity, hangs above it and always attracts a crowd of lovers. Other paintings are the work of his disciples: The Circumcision of the Lord and The Veneration of the Magi.
