The famous poet Vladimir Mayakovsky lived here with his family from 1913 to 1915. The apartment retains the atmosphere of the time. Here you will see the poet's office where he is said to have written his famous collection of poems "Me" and his personal belongings. Today the apartment houses the permanent exhibition "Dotchka" (Daughter in Russian) from the private collection of the poet's daughter, Patricia J. Thompson, which shows us her complicated relationship with him.
