The staff speaks English and is very friendly. It's also a good address to register (even if you don't stay with them, count about 1 116 RUB).

This nice hostel with 34 rooms is very well located as it is less than 15 minutes walk from the Kremlin. Everything is clean, the decoration is modern and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff, who are attentive and English-speaking, will be able to answer any questions you may have about your stay. There is also a well-equipped work area. Another big advantage is that the hostel issues a certificate of reception, which is necessary to apply for a visa (see "visa support" on the hostel's website).

On the island of Balchug, within the walls of the old factory, we find this hostel is quite successful and especially well placed to enjoy the night attractions of the area. The entrance to the hostel is difficult to find and its rooms as well as its common areas (showers and bathrooms) are of a random cleanliness that just passes the quality control. Some of the premises are refurbished, the other, avoid it if possible.

You can sleep in a single-seat "capsule" while enjoying a unique view of Red Square from the large glass window of the common room. The decoration is pleasant, modern and colorful. The place has the advantage of an exceptional location in the heart of Moscow without the disadvantage of increasing your budget, which makes it certainly the best hostel of this kind in the capital.

One of the best hotels in the capital, located between Okhotny Ryad and Tverskaya metro stations. Its decoration is modern and contemporary in a loft (or industrial) style, the very pleasant common room makes you want to have a good beer (which often happens, from our experience), the kitchen is well equipped and will allow you to prepare whatever you wish. Finally, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with lockers! A victim of its own success, the hostel is quickly sold out, so we advise you to book in advance.
