Created by Oleg Menshikov, this restaurant was one of the first to become a speciality of Siberian cuisine among the gourmets of the capital. He had enjoyed it so much during a film shoot in Krasnodar that he decided to share it with Muscovites. A cuisine and products that are now very fashionable. The main room plunges us into the cosy lounges with subdued lights and walls lined with the large Russian residences of the end of the 19th century.
