If it is disputable that the cuisine offered here is typical of the Odessa region, the quality of the dishes is beyond discussion. We eat well at Mama! Grilled or breadcrumbed fish, chicken stuffed with dried apricots, makaroni po-flotski (macaroni with herbs and beef). Very successful, the industrial decoration of the room, on two levels, is well it, a reminiscence of the atmosphere of the port of Odessa. We find a piece of Ukraine in Russia, this time in accordance with international law.

bon rapport qualité prix
ce restaurant fait partie d'une chaîne (il y a plusieurs adresse à Moscou). La décoration est moderne et correspond un peu à ce que l'on peut trouver dans la chaîne "la marée" en France. Il y trouve aussi des plats classiques comme le boeuf strogonoff que j'ai testé. Ce n'est pas meilleur que j'ai mangé en Russie mais le rapport qualité prix est bon.

I love this modern restaurant, not too expensive, with lots of visitors and an extensive menu. They also offer dishes of the Jewish tradition, this that I ordered, forshmack, gefilte fish, black bread and fish soup with cream. Very good. Not far from several lines of the metro.
