In the Sever café (word meaning "North" in Russian), nestled in the heart of the StrEAT gastronomic market, you can find typical dishes from the Russian Arctic, reinterpreted according to the modern tastes of the capital's city dwellers. On the menu: hamburger with salmon and baked vegetables (490 RUB - 7 €), whitefish fillet with ratatouille (550 RUB - 7.80 €), reindeer tartar (450 RUB - 6.40 €). As you can see, all in all it's a good and cheap way to enjoy traditional products, especially from hunting and fishing in nature.
