SEATOLLER FARM B&B – CAMPING
Seatoller Farm is a 16th century farmhouse still in operation, owned by the National Trust. The three bedrooms are elegant, well arranged and all equipped with a bathroom. In the living room, you can enjoy a very cosy atmosphere with thick sofas, a large fireplace and beautiful views of the mountains. On the camping side, you will hardly find cheaper in the rest of the park. There are approximately 70 locations, in a field or along the Derwent River. The installations are simple but clean. Christine, the mistress of the place, delights with her kindness and good advice.
Another campsite: there is a second site in the Borrowdale Valley at Chapel House Farm. £6 per adult and £4 per child (✆ +44 176 877 7256, www.chapelhousefarmcampsite.co.uk).
