THE HEATHERS GUEST HOUSE

The Heathers Guest House is a charming bed and breakfast. This 1930s detached house is ideally located, just a short drive or walk from Bootham Bar and the town walls. The rooms, all en suite, offer views across the road to the meadows and cricket and rugby pitches, or to the large, tranquil garden at the rear of the house. Guests also benefit from secure private parking. Wi-Fi access is free throughout the house. The area offers many activities, including cinemas, fitness facilities, bowling and a variety of restaurants. Culture lovers will enjoy York's many theaters and concert halls, which offer a varied program throughout the year. In addition, The Heathers' location provides easy access to areas north of York such as Harrogate, Malton and Scarborough, as well as attractions such as Castle Howard and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house. The owners, Heather and Graham Fisher, will be happy to recommend restaurants to suit all budgets.
