First point of this address, its enviable location on the banks of the Dee. The old pub was converted into a modern architecture with a huge glass roof overlooking the river. Outside the hotel you can enjoy cosy terraces in small, privatives dining rooms overlooking the river. Bright have been covered with grass. Very contemporary with its minimalist design and state-of-the-art materials, the restaurant nevertheless offers a warm and intimate atmosphere. On the map, gourmet dishes blend British cuisine with French influences. A little higher on the Dee, up to the Grosvenor Park, Chester Boats start their cruise and can drop you off at the Red House gates (departures between 11 h and 16 h) if you specify it in the boat for the 30-minute cruise. Take 15-20 minutes to Red House. Nothing like this to open the appetite!
