Specializing in burgers in all their forms, this trendy address has acquired an excellent reputation in St Ives. This quality address is located along the waterfront. The recipes are varied and, above all, there's something for everyone, with beef, chicken or vegetarian bases. The ingredients used are as local as possible, and the fries are well worth the detour. Service is fast, friendly and welcoming. For many, this is the place to find the best burgers in St Ives!

"Burgers, hot dogs, beers and damn fine coffee": these are the tempting pillars of this establishment, which definitely has some very good arguments... In its handsome, contemporary, urban pub-style interior, regulars and visitors gather at all hours in a friendly atmosphere to eat inventive burgers based on beef, chicken, fish or vegetarian recipes, or simply enjoy a good beer, cider or coffee. THE MERMAID

British restaurant €€

What strikes you first on entering The Mermaid is the setting. The place is still in its original state, but the decor works well, with hundreds of bottles of alcohol hanging from the ceiling, black-and-white photos of the region, wooden furniture and checkered tablecloths. You'd think you were in one of our Breton crêperies. Typical local dishes are served: lamb, pork, fish... There's plenty to choose from. And for dessert, of course, Sticky Toffee Pudding or Devon cream ice cream. Simple, hearty cuisine at reasonable prices.
