Michelin-starred, this restaurant is without doubt one of the best in the region. It serves modern, seasonal British cuisine that will shatter all preconceptions, including a five-course tasting menu, which can be enjoyed on the second floor of a Georgian house facing Torquay Bay. On the first floor, the brasserie serves a lighter, less expensive version at lunchtime. The menu changes regularly according to new arrivals.
