The indisputable Bankers, considered the best fish & chips in Brighton for years, doesn't disappoint. The quality is always there, in this great Hove restaurant. And, for once, you can enjoy your fish & chips comfortably seated at the table. A vegetarian option is also available. Whichever option you choose, the portions are generous and the service very quick. What's more, the restaurant only uses fish from sustainable fisheries. A fine effort to be encouraged!
