This good guesthouse facing the sea and very close to the centre is the ideal place to stay in Eastbourne. The 7 rooms are pretty and well appointed, with a nice decoration and all the expected comfort. Some also have balconies with sea views, which is always a plus. In the morning, the typical English breakfast is prepared to order and only from local products. The establishment is also within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Very good value for money.
