Described as a Kentish bistro, Samphire is a good table that is a credit to Kent and unquestionably rises above the melee at Whitstable. The dishes offer perfectly controlled textures, flavours and seasonings for a truly convincing result. The plates are also beautifully presented. They contain mainly meat and fish. All the products come from local farms. The breakfasts are also appreciated and the whole is tasted in a contemporary setting.

Je déjeune souvent au Samphire. Jamais déçu! Les plats sont toujours soignés et appétissants. Une belle adresse à Canterbury.
