The most famous and perhaps the most beautiful of Cambridge's colleges. The main attraction is the superb Perpendicular Gothic chapel, featuring Rubens' Adoration of the Magi, a spectacular fan vault and 16th-century stained glass windows. It's one of the most spectacular examples of late Gothic architecture. A splendid alchemy of stone, wood and stained glass. It was founded in 1441 by Henry VI.

Ce collège est d'une beauté absolue. Visiter la chapelle est un passage obligé, le mieux étant d'assister à une messe, pour combler les yeux comme les oreilles. Le hall est également d'une grande beauté. Pour avoir parcouru ce parc quasi régulièrement durant une année, je puis assurer qu'on ne s'en lasse jamais...

L'un des lieux emblématiques de Cambridge, en plein coeur de cette superbe ville. Souvent "envahi" par les touristes en été mais à voir absolument. L'entrée est payante pour ceux qui n'ont pas la chance d'être étudiants mais vous pourrez accéder gratuitement à la merveilleuse chapelle si vous allez assister à l'un des offices pour écouter le choeur mondialement connu du King's college (tous les soirs de la semaine par exemple).

King's College has an architecture breath-taking! Unede my favourite visits that I would remake. I could not visit it by the lack of time but however I could make a ride in flat-bottomed boat " flat tours" organised by students. You surf River it Cam and throughout the course you will see different monuments like King's College Chapel, The Wren Library At Trinity College and the Bridge of Sighs…
Very interesting visit, I recommend it!!
